Shipping, Returns, & Warranty Policy 

1. Damage Claims & Order Issues 

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. 

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. 

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong part so we can file a carrier claim or correct the issue. 

  • 7-Day Window: Any discrepancies, shortages, or incorrect parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at info@damracingproducts.com. 

2. Returns 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a swift and satisfactory resolution at info@damracingproducts.com. All returns require a return authorization number to be included in the package upon return. Returns must be properly packaged. We are not responsible for damaged returns due to insufficient packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns will be charged with a 20% restocking fee. Items returned must not have been installed or modified.  

3. Limitation of Liability 

The buyer recognizes that racing, track driving, and vehicle modification are inherently dangerous activities. By purchasing and installing these parts, the buyer expressly assumes all risks associated with their use, including but not limited to: 

  • Premature part failure. 

  • Damage to the vehicle, engine, or surrounding components. 

  • Personal injury, property damage, or death. 

Purchasers are solely responsible for selecting the correct goods and must rely on their own skill and judgment regarding suitability for their specific application. 

Because parts manufactured and sold by Bodigon’s Performance & Fab, Inc. and DRP are exposed to unpredictable, extreme, and varied conditions in racing applications, we cannot guarantee or warrant future performance under racing conditions. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these parts is borne solely by the buyer. Bodigon’s & DRP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use, misuse, installation, or failure of any parts sold. 

Notice: Purchase and/or use of these products implies full recognition and legally binding acceptance of this disclaimer by the consumer. 

4. Limited Warranty & Craftsmanship 

Our goal is to manufacture and sell high-quality products that provide maximum performance and durability. 

  • Manufactured Parts: Products manufactured in-house by Bodigon’s & DRP are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of sale. We evaluate warranty claims on an individual basis and reserve the right to repair or replace any product we deem defective at our sole discretion. 

  • Third-Party Products: Products sold by Bodigon’s & DRP but produced by other manufacturers are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty terms. Bodigon’s & DRP does not extend additional warranties on third-party goods.
