Injector Cleaning & Flow Testing Service

DRP-DAM Racing Products is excited to offer our injector cleaning and flow testing services using our GB Remanufacturing Inc, Gasoline, Multi-Port MPFI GB 800 machine. We can provide optimal results through running various tests to ensure your injectors are functioning properly.

Injectors we can service: most top feed and side feed gasoline MPFI and throttle body injectors. We cannot service any diesel injectors.

What's Included:

• Coil Test
• Bench Test (Static & Dynamic Flows)
• Ultrasonic Cleaning
• Bench Re-test
• O-rings and filters replaced as needed, *optional to replace all for piece of mind for $4 per injector
• If you have Billet Atomizer Injectors and would like them taken apart, new coil o-rings, new stainless filter basket and internal parts hypersonically cleaned it is a $6 charge per injector.
  

Our Process:

1. Numbering & Labeling: All injectors are numbered for reference (we strongly recommend you label each according to the cylinder they came out of in your engine)
2. Coil Resistance Test: Ensures there are no electrical issues prior to proceeding (open, shorted, etc.)
3. Leak Test: Ensures the injector is not leaking from the body or pintle (performed without the injector being pulsed)
4. Spray Pattern Inspection: Looking for consistency among all injectors
5. Static & Dynamic Flow Testing: Determines all components are functioning properly. Testing is conducted at three customizable setpoints for both RPM and pulse width. For instance, we can test at a low range (e.g., 1,500 RPM at 1.5ms) and a high range (e.g., 8,000 RPM at 6ms), as well as wide open (non-pulsed).
6. Ultrasonic Cleaning: Heated ultrasonic cleaner removes any varnish and debris
7. Backflushing: Removes any remaining debris
8. Re-testing: All tests are performed a second time with corresponding parameters recorded to ensure everything is within spec

Additional Services:

Complete O-Ring & Filter Replacement: $4 per injector (if you prefer all O-rings & filters replaced rather than just as needed)

*We use a specially formulated o-ring that is compatible with various fuel types: regular gasoline, E85, E100, & methanol

Billet Atomizer Injectors: If you have billet Atomizer Injectors and would like them taken apart, new coil o-rings, new stainless filter basket and internal parts hypersonically cleaned it is a $6 charge per injector.

Disclaimers:

*Injector cleaning should be part of your preventative maintenance, not an afterthought or reactive to issues.

*The cleaning process removes essential lubricants, making them vulnerable if left uninstalled and unused. To prevent injectors from sticking open or closed, install them immediately upon return.
